About Us

Waterlane Resources Ltd. is an integrated freight logistics solutions provider actively involved in the freight forwarding sub-sector of the maritime/aviation sector of the Nigeria economy. The company was incorporated in 1997 following the perceived failure in service delivery noticed from the big players in the industry. The company moved in quickly to fill in this gap especially as it relates to clearing of goods at the Nigerian seaports and supply chain management.


Waterlane is actively involved in air and sea customs clearance, freight consolidation and forwarding, supply chain management and logistics, packing and removals, general warehousing, import and export documentation and special project cargo handling amongst others. Initially, the promoter who is the Executive Director with one operations staff were involved, but overtime it has grown, and it now has over 20 employees in the sales, admin and operations department. It also has technical and operational collaboration with AviAir Logistics of South Africa - www.Aviair.com.Ms Tomi Nowak of AviAir sits on the Board of the company.





Waterlane started with one client – SKF Nigeria Limited but the number of clients has grown to over 35 active clients which have been responsible for our modest growth. Our mission statement is to provide seamless global logistics solutions from conception to destination, stress free with adequate returns to all our stakeholders i.e. – investors, employees, clients and the society. Our target markets are the organized private sector companies, public institutions/parastatals and high network individuals who can guarantee consistency and growth.
